Interview process

I applied for a supervisory position with this hotel via the online process. When I visited the hotel for the interview, I had more paperwork to fill out. During the interview, they asked if I would be interested in a worker position. I indicated no due to my extensive experience. Then, the refused to tell me who the Manager is I would be working under. I was not impressed and would not work for them.
