Alan Arambula was my recruiter and he gave me a description of what the interview questions would be like for an interview he had scheduled for me at a company in the Bay Area. Once I saw that the company would be asking algorithm questions, I told Alan Arambula that I will have to pass on this interview. He phoned me that there will not be any algorithm questions, so I went to the interview. The company did ask me algorithm questions. It is only in Silicon Valley/Bay Area that companies ask you college non-related real world questions. In my fifteen years contracting in the US/Internationally I have never been asked college unrelated real world questions, usually questions pertaining to related technology.
Please, don't waist your time with this agency or Alan Arambula.
