Do I have a chance with Stryker Orthopedics ?

Hi folks,

I have been working in Medical Device industry for 3 years but in Quality engineering roles. I have Masters in Biomedical Engineering with Orthopedic Biomechanics concentration for my research. Have several publications based on same. My professional experience in Medical Device was not in Orthopedic Biomechanics area. Do I still have a chance to be in Design/Development group of Stryker Orthopaedics ? I have applied to one of their open positions but havent gotten a response yet. Any suggestions or advice ?
