It wont be intensly technical. It could be some technical things but will not be intense. Mostly they will ask you behavioural questions or questions related to various situations with some examples if you have any.

Can someone help me out here? This forum has been very helpful soo far but I still need help with my face-to-face interview!!! I don't need you to send me questions you were asked (if I made it this far, I should know by now what to expect) but I need help with a presentation I need to present.

Hey, congrats! Sorry, I'm not sure about the background check specifically, but I don't think those things would be a problem. Maybe the license...

I left the Stryker Korea a few month ago and still a lot of people want to quit. I don't know about other stryker situation. But remember this who want to get a job in Korea it's war every day.
Female worker have a miscarriage casued by stress and everyone suffred from hard work. In my case everyday I worked from 8:30 ~ 22:00 normally I couldn't spend my time with my family. It's not a joke.If you go to home bacause your child in sick nextday you'll have a ordeal and lay low for a while. That was a worst period of my career.Say goodbye to your love and private life including weekend.Please do not apply for Stryker Korea.

Hey Stryker headquarter. Do you know what is going on SKL?
Please investigate real situation.I'm really worry about my co-workers and their health.

Thanks for the advise. I was so into preparation of Stkyer interview last month. But honestly, I couldnt pass over that at the final step. I had a interview with directive manager for 2hours and the anwser was No. It made me so disappointed myself b/c I' ve done my best.

Anyway thanks for shearing your experiences. what a relief for me not to work in there if that situation is true.

I just had a phone interview with a HR Recruiter from Stryker. Have to say, contrary to many of the posts here; it was a straight forward but pleasant interview. Questions dealt mostly to derive my abilities, drivers, and personality. Overall length about 18 minutes. Felt it went well; they are looking for a good personality fit and I expect to hear back in about a week. Keep my fingers crossed.

I just had a phone interview with a HR Recruiter from Stryker as well. I have several questions if someone has any insight or advice I would greatly appreciate it. I applied for an associate recon. sales rep. I have about 3 years of sales experience. 1 year of medical device sales experience (i work as an independent 1099). Does anyone have any knowledge of what exactly the associate rep entails, and how much experience Stryker is looking for other than the 1-3 years mentioned on the job description?

I have done a lot of research on the Gallup and am trying to prepare for it the best I can. I know some very successful sales people who have not passed the Gallup. Does anyone have any tips or advice??

Any advice on the entire interview process is greatly appreciated.

I will have my first interview for an HR position on Monday with the Europe HR Manager. I'm a bit stressed. I know I have to be as honest as possible. Could someone tell me what type of questions they are asking for this sort of interview ? I then answered all the questions with as many one word answers as possible, and when having to use the same experiences over and over again I simply said that I had already used the example and I think it illustrates how I exemplify this trait.

Your posts have been most encouraging! I've passed first two interviews and I am taking the Gallup on Monday. It is the critical part of the interview process for me. If you could email me (ima.jean@yahoo.com) the 50 questions that would be greatly appreciated.

wednesday I got a call from stryker telling me how well I did and inviting me to corporate to meet with some managers and executives.

I will be going there in a few weeks. I have been really impressed with the people at stryker and how helpful and supportive they have been. I have regular contact with employees that have been involved in my hiring process and am really excited about working for them.

if anyone has questions i would be more than happy to answer. I wrote down about 50 of the questions i remembered from the gallup interview and my answers but am hesitant about posting them because I am afraid people will just copy my answers and I truly believe that you need to be yourself. But, as far as general advice like being concise i would be more than happy to help out.

You need to work on your google-fu

A simple search will result in 30+ questions, the answers need to be honestly answered because they will sniff out a liar. Not every question was asked but knowing the frame of mind to think in helped, I passed and have my f2f in a few days. Good luck!
