Do you work at SunTrust Banks? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?

I would love to work as a teller, but find it very difficult to apply and get a response from SunTrust. I thought I was applying to positions, but I'm not so sure now. Any advice?

Perhaps you need to revise your resume,the banks look at previous experience,such as sales,excellent customers service skills,previous or current cashier experience...anything to attract the eye of the recruiter....try Wachovia...you will get it....great company to work for:)
