Do you work at Sygma? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview? Any advice for someone trying to get in? |

Well, their interview and orientation is good, but the problem going out with their drivers for the first time rushing you to unload fast, that's a real pain plus I mentioned that to management and they cared less. As a new employee doing this for the first time, it was hard for me to continue and therefore I quit the job. It will be wise for management to explain to their trainers to take it easy with new employees and give them a reasonable time to get the idea and go on, but didn't work out. It is too physical and fast. It's just not worth it to lose your health for extra $50 or $100 dollars. |

I work in their Corporate office and this place isn't a good place to work. The interviews are a joke and done very novice. When you want to report abuse it's very hard since the HR lady is dating the VP of HR. |
