I currently work on the T-Mobile account for a company they outsource to, and I am interested in working directly for T-Mobile. I have years of customer and call center experience, and applied online for a Financial Care rep position, but did not pass the previsor test. I didn't finish the math portion, so I'm guessing that was why. My questions are; if I apply for regular Cust. Care, is the previsor test the same one as Fin. Care, and is there a way to find out which portion of the test I did not do well on?
