i recently applied to work for TMobile as a seasonal associate. I passed all of the interviews ,and went through the background check. The store manager(at the location i applied to) then called me and said that the district manager really likes me and i am now being relocate to another store for part time instead of seasonal. He also said that i will receive an offer through email for the location and start date. I'm a bit confused. So i was wondering, is this just a nice rejection in that they are not interested in hiring me anymore or is it because they saw potentials in me and they decided to let me move forward w/ tmobile? This really got me tossed and turns. Why would they said they needed a seasonal worker but then tells me that they will make me part time? what's going on?

It took 3 weeks for them to send an offer to me. Be patient, if you don't hear from hire right within 2 to 3 weeks.....then start worrying.
