How to get a job at T-Mobile Customer Service.

Do you work at T-Mobile Customer Service? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?

Any advice for someone trying to get in?

I really need a job and I do have prior experience in call centers here in colorado Springs, Colorado. i am very interested in working for this company any advice.

I took the assessment online after midnight and got a call the next afternoon. I missed the call but got an email saying that they were calling to discuss my application. I hadn't officially filled one out yet though. It's kinda backwards. I sent in my resume when I applied, did the assessment, got the call and then a request via email to fill out an app. I filled out the app but have not returned the call because I think once they see I used to work for suncom and quit I wont be hired anyway. Will update as soon as I hear more.
