Does T-Mobile ask to see your diploma?

I'm seeing that T-Mobile is currently hiring. I don't have my diploma yet, which is one of the requirements to work there so I was wondering do they ask to see it?

I'm not really trying to be dishonest. I need a job closer to home & I'm almost done with my diploma. By August I should have it and if not by December [my counselor is bad with estimates as she already promised me April and we're in June now] but by then my possible chance at getting a job with T-Mobile might just have expired. Do you guys think that if I score an interview and they ask, will they be bothered that I'm currently in progress of getting it? Will I get a "Come back when you get it." response?
