Although drug screening is not done to eliminate potential employees, you do sign a consent in the event that it is suspected. Ultimately though, why is it even a concern? |

Are you certain T-Mobile does not perform a pre-employment drug screening? If so, how do you know for sure? Thanks, The Dude |

They are owned by a European based company where the belief is "what you do on your own time is your own concern as long as you don't bring it to work". And I don't mean literally bring "it" to work but also be clear headed to do your job and not be a safety concern or intoxicated. They do NOT do any type of drug testing in the Ft. Lauderdale call center. |

I was hired at T-Mobile as a customer service rep in a call center, and they did not then and do not now require any drug test. They apparently used to quite awhile ago, but have since stopped as they apparently had difficulty hiring as many employees as they needed since the turnover rate is so high... sorry I'm a couple years late on the reply ;) |
