It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at T Mobile?

Any advice on striking the right note?

basically, if you want to ace the interview for customer care, follow these things:
1)show that you are an empathetic person
2)talk, but don't over-talk. stay on subject, and tune in your listening skills.
3)come up with situations that you have encountered where you had to either meet a deadline, or were commended for doing a great job.
4)never, under any circumstances, admit a shortcoming.
5)here's the tricky question:pretend that you own the company. you have no one above you who can tell you what to do. a customer calls in and says they want to cancel service and go to another provider. what would you give them to show your loyalty? answer: bonus minutes, and need be, an adjustment for anything my company did in error.refer to step 6 for the balancing of a corporation.
6)and finally, throughout the interview hint at the equal importance of customers, employees, and owners;how each are extremely important to the company's success. so therefore, on every decision you make, you need to take all three aspects into consideration. that's why bonus minutes and company error adjustments are the perfect answer. because in that situation all three aspects of the company enjoy the benefits of the service. the customer can control overage, the employee gets a high score , and the owners get an extra 2 years out of the customer at 60 bucks a month.

i promise, if you follow these steps, tmobile will hire you. oh yeah, get ready to do this three times(once for each interview which are all in the same day)however, if you go through 3 interviews, you know you have the job. if they tell you it's over after the second, oh well, better luck next time...
