The starting salary for TL's in a DC is about $45K to $60K. GL's range from about $55k to $85K. Seniors are about $80K to well above $100K. Bonuses paid to GL's can be about 5%, Seniors in the +10% range. The bonus is determined by your annual review score along with other metrics which must be met.
