I am going for my on-site interview for the Group Leader position. Has anyone been a group leader? Does anyone have any info that would be helpful? What is the average pay for this position? Any info would be very helpful, thank you:)

I met my old Group Leader once. She was cool and made TONS of money. Like 200k or something.
