Any insight from people that have an idea of how extensive it is?

Obviously, it will involve a criminal background check, but does it merely verify the employment listed on the application?

Or will they seek to find out all my employers? I have been wary of including some short-term work because employers have asked me why I didn't stay long at some jobs (even though I never was fired).

So, does the Choicepoint company that Target uses, provide FULL employment history... I'm curious about that.
