I'm kinda new, what does AP stand for? I applied once online for ETL and I got an email the next day asking for me to call them. I don't know why some people say that they got the silent treatment from Target after applying. I'm 24yrs old and just graduated in May 2007 with a B.A. in Economics.

AP stands for Assets Protection. If you haven't worked for Target, this not the position to be starting with for an ETL (Executive team leader). After 6 years with Target, most ETLs came with no retail experience, except in management, and the salespeople were more experienced with Target. W/o Target experience, you will be looked down upon unless you can grab the ropes very fast.

they probably ment AP "associated press" meaning newspaper articles/media coverage on your topic.
