Open employee communication?? That's funny, I communicated some concerns I had regarding HARRASEMENT I was experiencing at my branch and about 6 days later I was finally contacted by HR. By this time I had stopped showing up to work to avoid further confrontation and explained all this in my complaint, but when they called, they were more interested in trying to classify me as "job abandonment" than anything. I was asking for a transfer to another branch since it was only my second week working for them and was denied. So conveniently for them they don’t really have to worry about me anymore and now they are robbing me from the salary I’m owed for the time worked. That’s OK though because they are giving me more and more ammo to use in COURT.

Take my advice and AVOID THE DRAMA, take your business and resume elsewhere.
