As a professionally trained and employed chef, it disgusts me that this so called professional agency, Team Exceed is either so naive or intentionally misleading in its postings. A chef is a position that assumes control of the kitchen. A cook mans a station or specific task and is generallt paid much less. Team Exceeds positings list pay ranges more consistent with a cooks position. So why dont they just be honest and call it a cooks position??? |

If you call this number 214-237-9111 you'll get a receptionist who answers with "Foreign Labor Center." When you ask for "Team Exceed" she knows what you're asking for and then refers you to a receptionist "Tiffany". When you ask Tiffany a few questions about Team Exceed, for example, the questions I asked were "What does you company do?" and "Could you tell me a little bit about your company?" she drops you into the voicemail of a "Paul Gibbs." I don't have time to play phone tag with someone who probably isn't going to return my call. Maybe somebody else does. Go for it! |

Team Exceed is the government contractor working for the Department Of Labor under foreign labor certification program. Legal foreign workers have to go through this process to obtain permanent resident status (or Green Card). According to the immigration law DOL has to advertise these jobs for 45 days to collect resumes of all possible applicants. Since the job that is being advertised is already filled in you WILL NOT receive any replies. I would guess that the purpose of such advertising by the Team Exceed is to count the number of qualifying US workers for that particular job. THE BOTTOM LINE - DO NOT SEND YOUR RESUMES TO THE TEAM EXCEED POSTINGS as you will not be employed by them - it is not even a "physical" company that can hire you. Save yourself time and efforts. I thought I'd let everyone know. |

It is hard enough to find a job , let alone being screwed by Team Exceed. Their wages seem to be some of the highest going , but jobs dont even exist. Dept. Of Labor knows nothing of them. Applied for many jobs that , I have the qualifications for and no response. No way to even find out if they recieved a resume. And if it is a govt. thing , no wonder the people in this country have a hard time getting employed . If all the jobs are to foreigners. half the jobs say must be bilingual for supervisor positions. Why not have the employees be bilingual and learn english. I am discriminated against because I only speak the mother tongue , totally ridiculous. Team Exceed seems to be a fraud. Dont waste your time or your resume work on them . |

Audrey, Could you tell me if the job posted for Babson Park Florida (recreation and fitness workers) is legit or not? I am a recreation professional but after reading these posts about the problems w/ Team Exceed I'm hesitant to send a resume. I appreciate any help you can provide. |
