I believe that Team Exceed and Sterny Brothers are the same posters and in my opinion they are only fishing for resumes and trying to drive trafic to their new web sites.

If you look at a posting for Butchers and Meat Cutters the Team Exceed posting look like this:
Cuts and trims meat to size for display or as ordered by customer using hand tools and power equipment such as grinder cubing machine and power saws. Cleans and...
You can view this at www.indeed.com/jobs?q=butcher&l=&sort=date&rq=1.

Then look at the posting for a Butcher position posted by Sterny Brothers:

Seeking expereinced butcher to run meat department. Job Requires: Cuts and trims meat to size for display and customers specifications using power saws...
You can view this at www.indeed.com/jobs?q=company%3A%22Sterny+Brothers%22&l=&rq=1

Coincidence? Not in my opinion.

This makes me think that they are simply fishing for resumes and will probably continue to keep posting under different "Fake" company names each time that the jobseekers catch on to them.

Again this is all conjecture and speculation on my part, but I am confident that other jobseekers will reach the same conclusions that I have.

FYI, I highly recommend the following web sites for jobs in the food industry:

www.careersinfood.com
www.careersingrocery.com
www.restauranthires.com

If you call this number

214-237-9111

you'll get a receptionist who answers with "Foreign Labor Center."

When you ask for "Team Exceed" she knows what you're asking for and then refers you to a receptionist "Tiffany". When you ask Tiffany a few questions about Team Exceed, for example, the questions I asked were "What does you company do?" and "Could you tell me a little bit about your company?" she drops you into the voicemail of a "Paul Gibbs."

I don't have time to play phone tag with someone who probably isn't going to return my call. Maybe somebody else does. Go for it!

Team Exceed is the government contractor working for the Department Of Labor under foreign labor certification program. Legal foreign workers have to go through this process to obtain permanent resident status (or Green Card). According to the immigration law DOL has to advertise these jobs for 45 days to collect resumes of all possible applicants. Since the job that is being advertised is already filled in you WILL NOT receive any replies. I would guess that the purpose of such advertising by the Team Exceed is to count the number of qualifying US workers for that particular job.

THE BOTTOM LINE - DO NOT SEND YOUR RESUMES TO THE TEAM EXCEED POSTINGS as you will not be employed by them - it is not even a "physical" company that can hire you. Save yourself time and efforts.

The commenters above are right about Sterny Brothers! After applying for a job with them, I did a search to find their company's website, so I could learn more about the company. The search pulled up dozens of job postings at different sites by Sterny Brothers! Apparently, their company is involved in dentistry, aerospace engineering, desktop publishing, pharmecuticals, architecture, news reporting, to name a few!! I was not directed to view a website for them, but something's phishy!
