Do you work at Team Exceed? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview? Any advice for someone trying to get in? |

Has anyone actually been contacted by these folks? If you google "Team Exceed" you find nothing on them. Are they just farming for resumes? Are they legit? Just seems strange you can't find anything on them... |

Does ANYONE know ANYTHING about Team Exceed ?!?
My concern is that they Seem to be covering jobs in EVERY INDUSTRY all over the country. I have already been burned by one company that hired me - only to find out they they hired me to be a 'contract worker' for a company I would never have even applied to.
ANY INFO would be welcome. |

These postings cannot be for real. The salary for Clinical Research Coordinator is less than half than what an actual qualified canidate would make! What gives? Who are these people? |

I don't think Exceed Corporation is the same as Team-Exceed. TE wants farm workers and the such. Off Exceed corp web site. EXCEED offers a unique array of management, analytical, and technical services to the federal government and private industry. Founded in 1998, EXCEED provides solutions to the complex management, organizational, and programmatic challenges of the 21st Century. SBA 8(a) & SDB Certified (1999)
I don't think we're talkng the same company |

They have posted a position in Round Rock, Texas. The position matches the same description of a Dell job opening. I would say that Team Exceed is a new recruiting company that is phishing for applicants so they can go to companies and say we have a great candidate for you. |

Several Team Exceed ads also match corporate ads in the food industry, near as I can track them. |

I just sent a $60 package with my resume to the same address you guys are talking about. I searched for hours last night trying to figure out who Team Exceed is and for a contact number to AJB. I just found this website and now feel like an idiot for seriously thinking about moving for a new career. I decided to take a trip to Dallas, find the business, and get some answers. I'll go within the next couple of weeks and get back to y'all |

Rick said: I'm a recruitment rep at a newspaper and I think that Team Exceed advertises for immigration purposes only. Which means that it's only advertising to show that their client in fact did advertise for a job but couldn't find anyone else besides the illegal immigrant that currently works for them, which is why they never reply back to anyone that applies to their jobs. So, that's how these people get Visas to stay here in the US. I work with many immigration companies and the fax number is the same in TX... I think I solved the mystery! |
|
Dearie in Hacienda Heights, California 62 months ago |
OMG!!! The mystery has been solved!!! This is unbelievable!! I really think its not fair for them to do so. At least it's not fair for people like us that's really looking for a job with "LEGAL" status !!!!

Now that it's been brought up, it DOESN'T make sense to put the Team Exceed contact info on AJB. Because TE isn't doing any hiring for any of the positions posted. Maybe the resume info is forwarded to those that ARE hring for the positions. (?) I don't know, but i'll do some digging. And for the record, some of you are funny. And the fax no. in TX is:
Don't let you dreams get "crushed" so easilly. And there's no reason to travel to Dallas looking for Team Exceed. That would be a waste of more than $60. |

LISTEN EVERYYONE! I KNOW WHAT TEAM EXCEED EXACTLY IS AND I WANT TO DISPELL ALL YOUR SPECULATIONS HERE. As someone has already pointed out they are directly associated with issuing the LEGAL employment status for alien workers, aka Green Cards. For those "fly" trigger happy citizens ready to point out "our soldiers overseas defending our country while illegal aliens are given our jobs" I want to stress word LEGAL. None, I repeat NONE of the illegal aliens will be able to post jobs under that name. I am a legal alien myself going through this process. I have been working in this country for over 4 years. I have paid all my taxes and have never broken the law. As you can also tell, I speak English and I am not forcing my culture onto anyone. Now more about TeamExceed. This is a government contractor associated with the Department Of Labor. To understand what they do, you have to understand the current immigration law in the United States. To receive a legal permanent status based on employment, a US company that hires an alien worker must prove that no person with US citizenship qualifies for the same job. To do so Department Of Labor posts an ad at a national job search website. The name they use is Team Exceed. The ad normally runs for 45 days and all collected resumes are forwarded to a US employer (or immigration lawyer) of an alien worker. This explains the delay that all of you reported. You could be contacted ONLY by US employer who is associated with an alien worker applying for permanent status, and since government office posting those jobs is terribly undermanned and under-funded (like most of important government jobs in this country – speaking of "soldiers overseas defending our country") the chance that you’ll hear back is very miniscule. |
|
DC in Kelso, Washington 62 months ago |
THE BOTTOM LINE IS: Do not apply for a job posted under Team Exceed name. Why? Because at the very least you are ruining someone’s chances to keep their legal job and possibly becoming a good US citizen. To say more, you are ruining someone’s life. Again, I’m not talking about illegal aliens. All the people that go through this process are talented folks that come to this country legally – the process that has made this country GREATEST IN THE WORLD. |

I have had several interviews with "TOP NOTCH" "HIGH PROFILE" MAjor (nyc offices)FOR Multinational Corporations for very high level IT, COMPUTER APPLICATION, JOBS THAT I HAVE SPENT 2 DECADES DEVELOPING SKILLS TO BE A FRONT RUNNER FOR SALARIED IN EXCESS OF 100k. WHILE IT IS NOT AGAINST THE LAW TO DEMAND SALRY HISTORY AS A REQUIREMENT FOR EMPLOYMENT, "REQEUST" JOB SALARY HISTORIES AND "EXPECTED" SALARY INCOMES, THE KICKER IS ONE FEELS COMPELLED TO COMPLY, INOCENTLY TO BE HIRED. THE ERROR IN JUDGEMNT IS THAT THE INFORMATION IS BEING USED BY THE COMPANIES TO SHOW THAT THEY CANNOT AFFORD AMERICAN LABOR AND HELP JUSTIFY THAT AT THE SALARIES THEY ARE OFFERING OUR LOVELY FRIENDS FROM INDIA, TAIPAI, SINGAPORE ARE WILLING AND ABLE TO DO THE JOB FOR THE SALARY AT HALF OF WHAT A REGULAR "tax paying" honest AMERICAN NEEDS TO SURVIVE IN THIS HIGHLY INFLATED COST OF LIVING HOME OWNERSHIP WORLD. MY ADVICE IS TOO NOT APPLY TO THESE ADDS. SPEND THE TIME WRITING THE LETTER TO YOUR LOCCAL CONGRESMAN AND STATE SENATORS, AND SENETORS OUTRAGGED THAT THIS IS HAPPENING. dON'T BELEIVE ME |

Every job posted through Department Of Labor for the sake of granting alien worker a green card must have a salary that is not less than the one established by the Employment & Training Administration (so called Prevailing Wage, specific for certain specialty and location within the country). The prevailing wage numbers are established and constantly updated by the government and can be checked here: www.flcdatacenter.com/OesWizardStart.aspx So let's not confuse legal & illegal immigration... |

I've got a posting on ajb from Team Exceed for a cook in a Chinese restaraunt (not specified) and they are asking to be faxed a resume. It certainly didn't seem like a legitimate posting, when does a line cook ever need a resume? And when are they ever hired through what looks like a temp agency? And the only time I have ever seen legit ads for chinese restaraunt cooks it specified that they were looking for Chinese applicants in some roundabout way- this did not. Soooo, I looked them up- found nothing but this site. Makes sense to me that they are fishing for illegals, since typically cook in chinese restaraunt= job for asian immigrants moreover recent ones because they don't have to communicate with the American customers. I'd like to know why exactly our government has contracted with a company that aims to "redeem" those who have obviously broken the law and come into the country illegaly... how about prosecution? How about deportation? Let them come back the right way? Oh well. I'm not even staunchly opposed to our immigration policy or the current situation. America can handle some more citizens if it would get its act together. Ever driven across the country and seen just how much of it is not populated? But this is not a way to go about things. |

My fax went through twice. I even spoke with the Dallas office. Make sure to put the job reference number on your fax. The phone numbers for there two processing centers are above on this crap talking board. The log that the gentleman above keeps referring to is not a federal document. It only explains how the your local job search offices are to transfer our applications. First In -First Out. Team Exceed doesn't do any hiring, only resume distributing. You won't be hired by Team Exceed. I have noticed that some Team Exceed job ads duplicate other ads already on the same website. So do your thing.
