Do not advertise for this position unless you know what it is. A "landsccape journeyman" is a seasoned trade professional who works either union or prevailing wage jobs. In California, the median wage for this position is about $35 an hour plus benefits and fringes.The wage you are offering would not even buy a novice apprentice. Do your homework next time and refrain from using terms which are beyond your understanding of the subject matter. KJC
