Applied through tek systems for a job that I was definately qualified for. In the beginning they were very responsive. Then I met with my account rep. He told me I would hear back either way within several days. Job would be starting within two weeks. I hear nothing. E mailes several times and got absolutely no reponse.

Not a great way to hire a recruiting company.

This company will COLLECT YOUR RESUME for their database and never give you a job. I used them in Cali and they were awful. They will call your references searching to place a candidate in the job you just left just to talk to a hiring manager. Never give a temp agency your REFERENCES. Make sure you go on an interview with a HIRING MANAGER at the company. Otherwise this is not worth your time. Believe me and spend your time on a worthy employer.

I worked for TEK for 2.5 years: no raises, no sick days, no vacation, and then they just cut my pay $5000 and told me not to tell anyone, or it could be grounds for dismissal..............
