Does Teksystems reward financially anyone connecting them to a client? I recently connected Teksystems Toronto with a high profile client, without even thinking about any benefits. They walked right in and set up relationships with the client and I did not get a thank you, much less any financial reward.

Did you have that discussion prior to provifing them the contacts/information? Today's market is all about networking and you need to be aware of how that information will be utilized. My opinion: next time ask if you will be compensated BEFORE you give them any information, or at least make it clear that you aer looking for something in return (i.e. $, leads in return, employment assistance).
