Telamon is its own breed. People are usually dressed in business casual. I don't think anyone gets together at any happy hour. The culture here is really bad. Upper management is the issue. If anything happens, the employees will absorb all the heat. But if you plan to praise those upper folks, they'll take it. Advancement opportunities are only given to those that constantly praise management. Hard working individuals are not valued nor are they given advancement opportunities.
It's a difficult culture. Many of the people have been at Telamon for many years. They do not like new ideas. But they do love their own ideas. If you're able to keep your mouth shut, never say anything contrary to your supervisor, keep your opinions to yourself, and constantly praise those above you, you'll do great!
