This relates to the corporate office in Dallas, TX: Starting salaries are on the high side of average for the Dallas market. Managers and above are eligible for bonuses, which can be quite good. They are entirely incentive driven and determined largely by the employee's supervisor.

Medical, dental, vision, and other standard benefits are typical. Tenet has great Wellness incentives, however. Free care at any of their hospitals. No copay if you go to see a doctor in a Tenet owned clinic as your PCP. Free mammograms. On-site free flu shots every year. Additionally, they have great programs for smoking cessation, weight loss, and incentives for good wellness behavior. They do a great job with this.

401(k) benefits are .50 cents on the dollar up to 3%, 5-year vesting, managed by Fidelity.

Managers and above get 20 days PTO. Hourly employees get about 18 days to start. The corporate office usually closes for the week between Christmas and New Years for "free," with no need to take PTO.

Tuition reimbursement is virtually non-existent because approvals are very strict, and they are currently watching every penny very closely. They have broad system of online materials for training, however.
