Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Texas Workforce Commission?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Texas Workforce Commission?

Suit and tie.
Rosenberg office: There is no typical day. High turn-over, unhappy hard working employees, no managerial support. You would be working for Arbor E&T, a pretty cheap company. No overtime allowed, minimal raises and bonuses.

I work for a small office, and am alone most of the time, so am not a good reference for most offices, but at all four of our offices, we have a dress code of business casual. Absolutely no denim allowed, except for an official Workforce Center shirt with our logo on it on Fridays. I use many resources that are available to help our jobseekers. I post jobs for employers and match to the jobseekers.
