I used to work for Textron, I got hired through campus recruiting.
Frankly, if you're just going through the website, I bet it's pretty hard to get an interview. I think it would be easier if you know someone who works there. It's even better if you know someone who works in the same function/group/general discipline as you, that way they can speak to your strengths as a potential employee.
My best advice if you are in the process is to be really polished and communicate well. The organization is pretty structured. Kind of old school,... but in general I noticed that they don't mind teaching you if they feel like you're a thoughtful polished professional.
