Every business has its own style. What is the office environment and culture like at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas?

Not being able to afford gas to go home for Christmas, I visited the Cosmopolitan--which had to be the most beautiful hotel in this area. Not only did they have a three-story chandelier, but I asked four people working there what it was like--they were all quite happy people. They all said they were quite glad to have a job, and to work with the management of the Cosmopollitan was great so far. Knowing it is owned by a German, and having no idea what German management is like--they apparently hired people who were quite happy, friendly and respectful of those supervising and managing the personnel--something badly needed of American management.

German management ?? are you kidding it is all US management and big time friends hiring friends, working there sucks no federal holidays you start with 14 PTO days per year which that includes all federal holidays yes, 4th of july, Thanksgving etc... if you want these 2 you left with 12 days, than subtract time off that you want and sick days from that 12 days , on top of that lots of unpaid overtime and terrible culture ,goodluck with the cosmo :))
