What are the average starting salaries, bonuses, benefits and travel requirements like at The Creative Group?

Salaries are low. You won't earn a bonus until the commission structure changes and you have to stay there for a year for that to happen. BUT no one stays for that long, so they keep all the money.

No perks. Definitely no special treats. Its a robert half call center with 3 feet wide cubes. No expense account. 10 hour days. Every morning there is an 8am meeting. If you are 2 minutes late one of your 5 supervisors will hassle you. TOTAL OFFICE SPACE, but worse.
