typical day - every phone conversation is monitored and when you get off one of your million sales calls your belittled by your manager in front off your co-workers. your manager makes you fill all of her jobs so she can make money while your jobs don't get filled. your snapped at and told to get off the phone if you talk to a candidate too long. needless to say, this is not a fun place to work.
