Advice? I'd stay well away from them. It's easy to sign up: just fill in the job application, include a resume and three forms of identification, and you're in. (They ARE a temp agency, after all). After your "interview" (read: cattle call and standard testing as you would for any temp agency) you can call them repeatedly for "jobs" and be told "have you tried other agencies?" (That is, if you can actually talk to someone on the phone....it's more like "so-and-so is busy, could you call back later?" or "so-and-so is in a (fill in the blank...meeting, lunch, bathroom break, skydiving off the Superman building, etc) would you like their voice mail?" and never hear from them otherwise.)
All in all, they ARE nice if you DO manage to talk to them; you have more of a shot seeing a unicorn come through the office puking up electronics then having that happen.
Good luck if you wish to pursue them, though--you'll need it.
