Host said: It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at The Job Window?
Any advice on striking the right note?
Our clients conduct different types of interviews from in-store to office interviews:
In-store interviews - please refer to our blog post on "How to Prepare for an In-Store Interview" bit.ly/14LDb7E
Office interviews - This is when the employer to looking to sit down with you one-on-one without the distractions from the in-store interview. It's a good time for the hiring manager to get to know you on a personal level and see if you are a good fit for the company. Dress appropriately (business casual), be punctual (at least 10 minutes early), ask questions insightful questions about the company and opportunities for growth within the company and most of all, sound enthusiastic!
