Customer service, customer service customer service. you have to be friendly and outgoing and dedicated to making people happy. If you don't like people pnc is not for you.

GOTit, what exactly is the name of your position? How long have you been with PNC? I got a phone call for a credit counseling specialist which is basically a bill collector. I just graduated from college with a business degree but it seems likes human resources does not acknowledge it and they only offer me these GED positions.
