Pnc has good benefits, special perks depend on your bosses but we have little lunch time parties all time, and our bosses always try to have fun with things. we're not allowed to comment on pay, but I will say the harder you work the more you will be rewarded. It might be worth it to start at the bottom and work your way up. Hope that helps.
