Do you work at The University of Chicago? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?

Any advice for someone trying to get in?

I have several years excellent experience in legal, customer service, and secretarial; and have been trying to get on with UC university or hospital for several years with no success. My best guess is one would have to know someone to get in.
