The money you get going in the door is it....the raise process/structure is horrible........your paycheck won't go up....it will go down because of changes in benefit restructuring

Your manager gets an department operating that includes monies for raises.
Your manager gets a bonus based on how much of their department operating budget has left in it at the end of the year.

What does this mean to you? A standard raise of 0 to 2.5% a year if you're lucky.

On top of your standard job description, they have you do mandatory service (more like a sentence) on what are called PPI teams, because the company is too cheap and manager too stupid to run their company/departments efficiently.
