In general, if you run into snags with corporate websites, don't spend time with their tech support. My experience with a company's Info Tech Group is that they are busy fighting fires or doing other projects. The website may not get fixed for some time.
Call the company and mention to the reception person the web issue. Ask if there is a real person you could send a hard copy cover letter with resume. Shoot-out the "res" by postal mail. Also, you will have a follow-up person to see what's going-on with the hiring process. Who knows, you just may impress them with your "giddy-up"!
