It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Thomas Jefferson University? Any advice on striking the right note? |

Thomas Jefferson is in a location, Center City, where all types of people are coming to seek help. Whether it's for physical healing, mental stablity, addiction rehab or just because they are homeless and need a place to stay. On that interview with Jefferson employers, you have that one chance to prove yourselfto be "THE ONE" that they've been seeking. You have to convey the message that you are capable of handling conflict resolution, customer service, public relation skills as well as the eagerness to learn and grow with the security department. Jefferson is a team working togetherness to succeed. During your interview you must be able to know for certain that you are the person that is eligle to fill in the shoes of a successor and you are a winner. Jefferson to me, is the ultimate experience of all my security training being put to use, with an open mind to learn more as needed. You must enter into this dimension with the knowledge of discretion and assurance. When you are sure of yourself it will make all the difference that they will be sur that you are the one Host said: It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference.
