Would someone who worked for a company that was acquired by Thomson Reuters share the process the employees of your company went through during the transistion?

Specifically:

1. How was the H.R. process structured?
2. At what point did you sign on the dotted line to become a Thomson employee?
3. Did you lose, gain or maintain seniority, vacation, etc.?
4. Any other information you'd be willing to share.
