I worked there and had several friends there - we all experienc ed promises of "bonuses" that never materialize - 40% of income is in bonuses and there were 35 "goals" to meet to get 100% of the bonus. Most of them were not even within my power to address (books can be delayed on press and marketing is not involved but bonuses suffer). Beware!!! |
