Any body know how to get around HR and right to the hiring manager? I have applied to many jobs that I am very qualified for and have heard nothing!

Good Luck. Most interviews are farmed out and most of these companies do not follow up with you if THEY think you do not qualify for a position...as the reply before mine....they can get you in ...but if they think they can't they toss your resume and you never hear from them again. HR at Cref is mediocre at best...as you probably already know. Go on the web-site and start top-down. Look for names and you might find a name within a name that could lead you to who you are looking for. Go to an office and look on the directories. Call an office and pretend to be someone and work your way to a name. good luck.
