Company is downsizing and consolidating.

They will survive but with a do more with less
mentality. Its retail and Tiffany is not what it used to be. Very top heavy management.

If they continue on their current path they will
have the name but will be more like junk jewelry in the market place.

One of the worst companies you'll ever work. Tons of useless meetings, nothing gets accomplished and quality keeps going down. More stores opening, soon to be known as 'McTiffany'. Run Away....
