How did you get hired in their Call Center? What type of training do they put you through? How bad is the turnover? |

You don't new hires are started at below poverty level wages and expect you to work as if they are doing you a favor. I have been interviewed twice for a position there, they told me training was 10 weeks long for 11.02 an hour . The hours are horrible. The best hours go to the interal employees and those who stick it out wait years to get a decent schedule. I was able to speak to some of the employees on my second interview and they all told me to run. Good luck |
