twc customer service applicant in QUEENS, New York

I applied for the customer service & sales rep position for time warner cable and took the assessment. I was later contacted for a phone interview and successfully passed. I was then scheduled for an interview this coming THURSDAY. I am trying to mentally prepare myself to pass the interview. The HR person who scheduled me for an interview with a manager.

She seemed to really be pushing hard with alot of different questions which I was still able to pass.

What type of questions should I expect during this interview? Please describe in detail so that I may successfully prepare myself.
