WHAT IS THE INTERVIEW PROCESS LIKE? HOW MANY QUESTIONS ARE ASKED? WHAT KIND? DO YOU INTERVIEW WITH ONE PERSON OR MANY? DO THEY REQUIRE REFERENCES AND BACKGROUND CHECKS FOR THIS POSITION? WHAT IS THE TRAINING LIKE? IS IT PAID? IS IT A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR? HOW IS THE JOB ITSELF?

TWC gives "Bahaviorial Based Interviews"...basically the interviewer offers you a scenario, looking for you to tell a story based on past behavior..."once upon a time I had a bad customer, blah blah blah...I offered two solutions to their probelem...end result they were happy and I followed company guidelines". They look to see that will follow policy, communicate to your supervisor, and bve dedicated to the job.
I dont know about NY but in NC they are not a company of choice. Poor pay, hours, and treatment. Yes, free cable, but may not be worth the personal termoil that you'd be exposed to. Training depends on your trainer. Some are good, others flailing in the wind!

Heads up! When you are hired as a Client Service Representative just be prepared for a series of quizzes and tests. It is intense training for such poor pay. The amount of work that has to go into a CSR position at TWC is CRAZy!!!! Also, if you do not maintain an 80 average (in NY) (70 average Upstate), you are asked to resign or they will terminate you. None of this is told to you on the interview or at Orientation!!!

TAKE NOTE!!! The interview process is pretty professional. Be prepared to answered questions such as what are your weak and strong points?, what does it mean to upsell?, what did you do on your previous job to handle a challenge?, how would you handle challenges with customers? and what were your successful accomplishment and failures on your previous job? You interview with HR rep and another person. They require drug tests and background checks. The training is paid, but it is brutal. The job itself is like training to be the next President. You have to know so much. It's good if you had call center experience before, but still the amount of products and information you have to retain and the testing which requires a certain average could be very stressful.
