Hello, I was recently hired as an inside sales rep at time warner cable in NYC. Can any one out there give me an idea of the commission that inside sales reps make and how the commission plan is set up ?

I'm a current Time Warner Cable employee in the Commercial Division. I started in Inside Sales and I make a six figure income with commissions. My first year which began in March I made over $80k. I think we have very lucrative compensation plans.

Great. Thanks a lot for the info. I'm actually approaching my 90 days and one of my major goals is actually to xfer down to charlotte in the sales dept down there.. and based on what your telling me Im very excited to put in my application in the summer
