You do not want to work for Time Warner Dispatch in Cleveland. They do not know how to treat employees. As far as supervisors the two lady supervisors are good and will treat you with some respect as far as (*name removed) he is pompus, arogant, and clueless... He should never have became a supervisor he has no idea how to do his job and should have been fired along time ago... So basically the only perk there is the free cable... Best of luck to everyone |

Best of luck to everyone I am not employed at Time Warner, but I have heard similar stories about he Cincinnati/Blue Ash, Ohio office by men and women who were. I've heard the treatment by the supervisors is bad enough, but the higher ups must have benefited from nepotism, as they seem to know little about the overall operation let alone their own job functions to perform. They constantly run ads for customer service, and the jobs do sound great as described. I've come across them several times as I've been looking for work. I just keep going... Good Luck! |

Time Warner Cincy is the first and only company that I have encountered that apparently maintains a "black list" of potential job applicants based on their violating personal privacy of customers. I complained to TW years ago about changes in TW billing that unfairly overcharged for residential internet access in an uannounced last minute change by TW Cincy. My complaint went all the way to the Div Prez and was never resolved to my satisfaction. Later, I found out from inside staff that my complaint about TW unfair billing practices to the Govt caused TW Cincy to "black list" me from job interviewing for several years, despite my degrees, certs & qualifications for the job. The Div Prez Exec Secy maintained this job blacklist, a clear violation of EEOC federal laws. I was also told by in-house staff that TW Cincy looks at job applicant's past Internet use/activity during off-hours. This is an abuse of personal privacy by TW using company resources to spy on potential applicants, which is documented. TW Cincy has provided cable modem access to the Internet for almost 10 years, but some things never change. Many middle managers were recently laid off while other employee job responsibilities were incresed with little or no change in compensation. Many times, the money stayed the same where only the person's title changed. This has happened several times over the past 10 years where TW redefines job titles to avoid salary increases. DANGER! Big brother is present & unfair to job applicants and employees where his corporate name is Time Warner! |
