Time Warner dishonest about Domestic Partnerships

Time Warner is proud of it's companies offering it's employees in domestic partnerships the same benefits as those who are married, however they omit information that would make it clear they don't always offer that option. Though they offer this exact statement in two different places (listed below) -

“We offer healthcare choices to our employees and their families,
including domestic partners, which provide
access to a broad array of providers while giving
employees tools to make informed decisions
about their care.”

Time Warner’s 2006 Corporate Social Responsibility Report.

... they make no mention that for all employees covered by a union which does not cover domestic partnerships (employees such as all low level tech jobs in New York)those employees can not opt to cover a domestic partner in their benefits. Statements like the one above help place Time Warner on some of the well known top places to work lists and that is dishonest.
