I have also applied at TJMaxx and even emailed the LP Manager. I have not once been given the courtesy of a return call or reply via email. Yet, I see openings all the time for LP at TJMaxx. Must be a bad sign! |

Did you apply to the corporate office? They use Monster to recruit. I would call one of their local stores in your area and ask the name of the LP Manager and get his number to follow up with him/her. |

Home office sends those e-mails to the district office. You will not usually hear anything unless they are interested in you. |

Well, is it because I am over qualified for the slots I am applying for? 6 years in LP, 2 years as a District Trainer, Region 2 LP of the Year for Wal-Mart, I would think I would gather some interest. |

I assume the job in Utah is for detective and looking at your awesome expereience pay is gonna be the huge part. Detectives start from $8-10 an hour in most of our stores. |

I worked for TJ Maxx during the opening of the store. I was told that I would have a permanent position. Afew weeks later I was laid off. They didn't even have the courage to tell me to my face they just took me off the schedule. I don't recommend anyone work for this company. |
