Company is extremely strong financially. Readjusting job positions and eliminating many middle management jobs. Great benefits but lowsy pay (minimum) and high turnover which is the downfall. They used to be great at protecting and developing their associates but have lost that touch in the last five years. They tend to protect the customers who come in yelling and threatening the associates.
